Helping Clients Earn LEED Certification

Healthy buildings lead to happier occupants and a greener environment. To that end, we are proud to work hand in hand with our clients who choose to pursue Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for their projects.

We have helped pioneer the field of green design and LEED certification by completing six LEED certified projects, which have been recognized with numerous awards for green design excellence. These projects include the first LEED Gold certified school in Pennsylvania and the first LEED certified baseball park.

Experience In Sustainable Architecture

We have completed design, certification and registration of LEED certified buildings accounting for more than 2 million square feet and over $325 million in construction value.

Our on-staff, LEED accredited professionals offer expertise in:

Sustainable Design Principles

We follow some basic tenets for sustainability. They include:

  • Leverage technology that can significantly reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
  • Maximize the use of sustainable materials. Their high level of recycled content and earth friendlier manufacturing processes minimize waste and energy consumption.
  • Minimize negative impacts on indoor air quality.
  • Improve the health, motivation and productivity of building users through the creation of improved, highly flexible environments.
