A Pioneer for Next Generation 9-1-1
L.R. Kimball helped to implement one of the first statewide IP-enabled networks for public safety in the State of Indiana in 2007. Since then, the state has significantly reduced connectivity points by greater than 90%, significantly lowered costs and provided for complete redundancy and diversity. We are currently helping the state route Voice over IP (VoIP) and other IP-device calls on the network to make it NG 9-1-1 capable.
