		Kimball to Prepare Studies for Forest County   The Forest County Community and Economic Development office has recently engaged Kimball for a development feasibility study for the business district of Tionesta, Forest County and an economic development strategy for the business district of Marienville, Forest County, Pennsylvania. During the project Kimball consultants, along with S. Patz and Associates, Inc., will conduct a highest and best use analysis of retail space, office space and multi-family residential space in Tionesta. Based on the market analysis, Kimball will prepare three conceptual site plans for vacant lots in the central business district. Also, Kimball will develop an analysis of current economic conditions in the Marienville region of Forest County, and will identify strategies and weaknesses related to development opportunities.
