Tentative Meeting Schedule

  • 2/29/12 - Final comments received from the Regional Steering Committee

  • 3/05/12 - Revisions complete and posted on website – notify Stakeholder Groups that it is there for review/comment

  • 3/19/12 - Final comments received from Stakeholder Group members

  • 3/30/12 - Revisions complete and Final Draft version submitted to DEP for comment

  • 4/16/12 - 5 counties post notification of 90-day Public Review period (see Chapter 272.241 of Regs)

  • Week of 6/11/12 - Public Meetings in all 5 Counties to present Plan

    • 6/12/12 at 10:00 AM - Columbia Co Commissioner’s Conference Room - 26 West First Street, Bloomsburg

    • 6/12/12 at   1:30 PM - Montour County Courthouse - 29 Mill Street, Danville, PA

    • 6/12/12 at   4:30 PM - Union County Government Center – 155 N. 15th St., Lewisburg, PA

    • 6/13/12 at   1:30 PM - Snyder County East Building - 713 Bridge St., Selinsgrove

    • 6/13/12 at   6:00 PM - Commissioner's Board Room, Lycoming county Executive Plaza - 330 Pine St., Williamsport

  • 7/15/12 - Final comments received from Public and DEP

  • 8/22/12 - Comment response presentation to Regional Steering Committee

  • 9/4/12 - 10:00 AM Regional Steering Committee Meeting - Union County Cafe 

  • Week of 9/4/12 - Presentation of Final Plan to County Commissioners for Adoption (see Chapter 272.242 of Regs)

  • 9/14/12 - Submission of Adopted Plan to Municipalities for 90-day Ratification Period (within 10 days of County Adoption)

  • 01/02/13 - Receipt of DEP Plan Approval (this should represent the start of the 12-month Plan Implementation Period)

  • 01/01/14 - Submission of Final Implementation Documents to the PADEP at end of 12-month Plan Implementation Period

  • 12/11/14 - Receipt of Ratification paperwork and start of any necessary modifications (see Chapter 272.243 of Regs)

  • 12/11/14 - Regional Steering Committee Meeting to authorize submission in Final form to PADEP  (see Chapter 272.244 of Regs)
