Act 167 Stormwater Management Planning


The Public’s knowledge about stormwater related problems in the county is important information required for the Act 167 Plan. Municipal heads in the twelve County municipalities, as well as any other interested stakeholders, were asked to complete a stormwater survey. The results of the survey helped define the model effort, and the results of the model help determine stormwater management standards, criteria and other ordinance provisions to be adopted by the municipalities.
