L.R. Kimball is providing construction inspection for the replacement of the structure carrying SR 0058 over the Allegheny River in Armstrong and Clarion Counties with a four-span continuous multi-girder bridge having an overall length of 610 feet.  The project also includes other miscellaneous construction from the intersection of SR 0058 and SR 0268 in Armstrong County west to approximately 200 feet north of the SR 0058/Plamer Street intersection.

Solution: We are providing quality assurance in the form of construction oversight.  The firm also is performing transportation construction inspection and supervision to meet the project’s requirements.

Result: Construction of structure in accordance with current PennDOT specifications.
