R. Jeffrey Kimball, PE, PLS
President Emeritus
R. Jeffrey Kimball began his career at L.R. Kimball in the surveying and mapping services group. Throughout his tenure he also worked on transportation, earth sciences, drilling, geotechnical and mining projects and led the administrative and support departments. Appointed president in 1995, Jeff was responsible for the management of the technical operating groups of L.R. Kimball and oversight of the quality of service provided to our clients. Jeff became president emeritus in 2012 and continues to provide client focus.

Richard E. Genday, PE
Senior Vice President
Mr. Genday is senior vice president of transportation and environmental services and serves as the principal-in-charge of the firm’s transportation-related projects. With 31 years of experience on highway, bridge, airport and construction inspection projects, Rick leads a team of professionals that provide master planning, NEPA documentation (CE, EA, EIS), preliminary engineering, final design and construction inspection.

Adam S. Henger
Senior Vice President
Mr. Henger is a Senior Vice President at L.R. Kimball, responsible for sales, marketing, and the market focus leaders, all of which support our client base. Included among his responsibilities are strategies related to the pursuit and development of business opportunities. Mr. Henger is also actively involved with teaming partners and client relationships. Mr. Henger brings significant experience in the engineering field, having led large projects in both the private developer and consultant sectors. Additionally he has expertise in the government sectors across Federal, State, and Local jurisdictions. He has been involved with many of the firms largest projects since joining the company about 10 years ago.

E. Jack Lerch, PE, PLS
Senior Vice President
Mr. Lerch is senior vice president and division manager of architecture and engineering services. He is responsible for technical programming, administration and supervision of all architecture, civil, municipal and geotechnical projects. Jack’s more than 30 years of experience includes managing project teams in the areas of civil and environmental planning, design and construction projects, including water supply, distribution and treatment systems; wastewater treatment and collection infrastructure; residential and commercial land development; and environmental contracts.

Rick Taormina, ENP
Senior Vice President
As senior vice president and division manager, Mr. Taormina is responsible for management and leadership of communications technology services. Daily, Rick provides executive oversight, project reviews, quality assurance evaluations, project management and technical assistance for the design, operation and implementation of telecommunications systems. Throughout his career, Rick has designed, developed and implemented large scale systems and database applications for large Public Safety and Federal clients, throughout the US, including Canada, and has extensive expertise in Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management , and Integrated Criminal Justice Systems, as well as wireless E9-1-1 and Next Generation 9-1-1 systems currently being deployed across the country.
