Specialist. The successful candidate must be able to prepare
engineering drawings from rough sketches or from general engineering
and design information using CADD software programs.
Overview of Responsibilities:

Produce CADD drawings and files.

Revise or change drawings; trace or copy existing drawings; and
complete calculations with specific engineering instruments.

assign non-routine and complex CADD projects within our
Transportation Division.
Overview of Responsibilities:

Perform advanced CADD layout tasks.

Designers and recommend minor design changes requiring sound

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in CADD-related
curriculum is desired; relevant experience may be considered in lieu
of degree. The successful candidate will possess at least seven
years of progressive experience in computer drafting work in
appropriate technical discipline, good communication and
organization skills, ability to multi-task, and strong management
skills are required. PennDOT or other related transportation
industry experience, including plan production and presentation
experience, is a must. Expertise with MicroStation and computer
graphics skills are required.
