Marketing Manager

We
have an immediate opportunity for a talented Marketing Manager
to join our Architecture and Engineering group.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide support for marketing initiatives, including
advertising, print materials, public relations, special events, and
strategic marketing planning within the Architecture and Engineering arena
and for corporate initiatives
-
Work with the Architecture and Engineering business
development team and corporate marketing to implement the strategic
marketing plan for the Architecture and Engineering group
-
Determine client trends, conduct market research, deliver
direct mail, and target advertising to prospects
-
Work with corporate marketing to develop and maintain
division-specific collateral materials that align with the brand
architecture
-
Oversee design and production of the department’s project
award submissions and general marketing materials
-
Maintain and create collateral material, advertisements, and
proposal format
-
Maintain and update media lists, and work with corporate
marketing to distribute press releases and route articles
-
Develop marketing approaches consistent with the firm’s
corporate strategies
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of one to three years of recent marketing experience
within an architectural firm is required
-
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or English;
master’s degree preferred
-
Demonstrated experience in market research, market analysis,
and public relations
-
Exceptional and varied writing, editing, and proofreading
skills
-
Demonstrated experience producing industry-specific marketing
campaigns and marketing documents, conducting market research and market
analysis, and handling public relations
-
Demonstrated high energy, creativity, and originality
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks for a wide variety of
clients and tight deadlines simultaneously
-
Exceptional organizational, listening and verbal skills
-
Ability to work well both independently and with
departmental, administrative, and technical teams
-
Experience working for a large, multi-office firm is strongly
preferred
