Joint CONUS Communications Support Environment (JCCSE)
L.R. Kimball provided the following services to the National Guard Bureau:
- Prepared and delivered a capabilities Gap Analysis of the Joint Incident Site Communications Capability and U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force Programs of Record
- Developed an All Hazards “Annex K” template for deploying C4 capabilities in the Homeland Defense and Civil Support mission environment in support of the National Response Framework
- Supported National Guard Bureau’s effort to enhance the Joint Information Exchange Environment
- Conducted a Deployable Communications Sufficiency Study of the NORTHCOM / NGB four levels of communications capability

Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP)
L.R. Kimball was a member of the CSEPP Contract Support Team assessing CSEPP Tone Alert Radio System (TARS) sites to determine if the system was functioning as designed and if the current technology and equipment could sustain its lifecycle.
In addition, the firm provided site-specific reports detailing the findings and recommendations regarding the future of the TARS networks.
