Statewide Interoperability Planning

L.R. Kimball developed the U.S. Department of Homeland Security-mandated, state-level Strategic Communications Interoperability Plans for New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania. The firm also supported the development of each of their respective Public Safety Interoperable Communications (PSIC) grant investment justification submissions, successfully helping each state secure their full allocation of these grants.

In addition, the firm is assisting Wisconsin, Missouri and Oklahoma with statewide systems related to PSIC grants.
