With more than 30 years of commercial design experience, we have planned and designed office buildings, tenant improvements, hotels, and light industrial facilities. Our work also includes inter-modal centers, parking structures, and churches. We have completed numerous feasibility and existing conditions studies, as well as master plans for office and industrial parks.  

Our full-service architecture, interiors, engineering, and site design capabilities, along with our integrated design approach, allow us to offer a unique set of services to our clients to help them audit existing facilities, build new facilities, and maximize their efficiency as tenants.  L.R. Kimball's staff has notable experience with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design™ (LEED) certification process.
