Architecture and Engineering GREATER JOHNSTOWN TECHNOLOGY PARK Johnstown, PA     Kimball is providing a site master plan and architectural design services for the Greater Johnstown Technology Park located in downtown Johnstown, PA, on the site of the former Sani Dairy facility.  The three-story, 92,752 gross square foot structure consists of a two-story central core and atrium that divides the facility into two wings.  Each wing is designed to provide the most flexible interior space for tenants. The goal of the complex is to provide a dynamic sense of place in downtown Johnstown and create a catalyst as the premier setting for existing and emerging technology-based companies.
